New FCC Licenses
There are 4 new FCC licenses this time around. The first one is for Business Jet on 8611 Lemmon Avenue at Dallas Love Field. They have been issued 3 Mototrbo simplex frequencies on 461.4875, 461.6125 and 463.5125 all with 40 watts of power. The next new license is for Exelon Power on 2233 Mountain Creek Parkway in Dallas. They have been issued a 50 watt repeater on 461.7125 with both analog and Mototrbo transmissions. The next new license is for CMC Recycling on 601 N Throckmorton Street in Fort Worth. They have been issued 3 analog simplex frequencies, 451.5625, 451.5875, 462.4875 all with 4 watts of power. They also have been issued a possible analog repeater on 451.6125 also with 4 watts of power. The last new license is for the Allen Independent School District, Olson Elementary School on 1751 East Exchange Parkway in Allen. They have been issued 5 analog simplex frequencies, 452.3125, 452.4125, 452.7875, 452.8375 & 452.8625 all with 4 watts of power.

Despite unprecedented advances in technology, law enforcement agencies still struggle to communicate with each other during high-speed chases that streak through several different cities or counties.
That was the case earlier this week, when a 29-year-old man led Dallas County Precinct 2 deputy constables and other law enforcement officers on a wild chase through four cities.
Precinct 2 Constable Michael Gothard said Thursday that his deputies were unable to communicate directly with Department of Public Safety troopers who also were in pursuit. Deputy constables tried to call it off as rush hour approached, but since they couldn't communicate with DPS cars, they rejoined the chase.

New FCC Licenses
There are only three new FCC licenses that have been added this time around. The first one is for LB&B Associates on 525 Griffin Street in Dallas. They have been issued three analog simplex frequencies for their operations, 151.8350, 151.9250 & 151.9550 all with 4 watts of power. The next two licenses are for the Crowley Independent School District. The first one is for their location at 1005 West Main Street in Crowley. They have been issued a single repeater license on 463.3500 with 50 watts of power. The last one is for their location at 9100 South Hulen Street in Fort Worth. They have been issued two repeaters, one on 461.6000 and the other one 461.9000, both with 50 watts of power. Both of these new licenses for the Crowley Independent School District have emissions code for analog, Mototrbo and Nexedge transmissions.
